The successful candidate will perform lab analysis for grape harvest, support the winemaking lab with routine lab analysis, and assist in special projects.
Duties include grape sampling and processing, fermentation monotoring and sample collections. May require walking to cellar and barrel room locations to pull samples for analysis.
Requirements
• Prior experience in wine lab and testing is required
• Degree in Enology or related is desirable, but not required.
• Valid CA drivers license
• Must be able to pull and carry 45lbs
• Must be available to work 6 days a week, 8-10 hours during harvest season
