Summary
• Proactive member of the management team, responsible for payroll, benefits, workers compensation, and general HR issues for approximately 50 salaried employees.
• Act as Safety Manager, organizing employee safety training and programs.
Requirements
• Must be fluently bilingual - English/Spanish
• Prior HR experience in agricultural-related business business environment desired
• Must be well organized
• Must be able and willing to grow with a growing company

Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00
