Rural health clinic in northern Montana is looking for a Family Practice Physician to add to their staff. They offer a 4 day work week with no OB or surgery required. The adjacent Critical Access Hospital has a 24/7 ER, with about 45 visits per month, so ER call coverage is required. It is not required to stay onsite.
The Clinic is located in a frontier community with only about 800 people in the city limits. Their service area, though, covers 1500 sq miles and has a population of about 2500.
The Clinic is open M-F from 8-5 and on Sat. from 9-1. Care is provided in the area of Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Treatment of Arthritis, Immunizations, Women's Health, Family Planning .
Services provided include but are not limited to: stress tests, EKG's, Holter Monitoring, DOT physicals, joint injections or IV therapy to relieve arthritis pain, cryotherapy for wart removal, spirometry, audiometry, women's health physical's, family planning and childhood immunization.
